A House of Witches By Emma Steinbrecher

When I read a sequel I always go into it with expectations. Because, for one, if I liked the first book enough to continue the series it must have been good enough for me to continue. And secondly, I am expecting the author to have grown between the two stories. So I go into it with hopes that the book, the writing, the characters have all evolved. A House of Witches by Emma Steinbrecher exceeded these expectations and really caused my brain to think back on the first book and reevaluate my thoughts on it.

Opposite Ends of the Sea- Daniela A. Mera & Elayna R. Gallea

It’s not often that I read a book and want to shout about it from the rooftops. Opposite Ends of the Sea by Daniela A. Mera and Elayna R Gallea is one of those rare books that gripped me from the first page and kept me thoroughly engrossed throughout the entire story. The makings of an Epic Fantasy weaved with aspects of the real world draw you in making it easy for you to fall into the story and realize five hours later that you should really go to bed.

Fortune of Emerald and Salt by Monroe A. Wildrose

Pirates will always hold a special place in the hearts of fantasy lovers. There’s something about the way they can be so wild and free with nothing holding them back. So finding a book about pirates is always an exciting event for me, especially when I can read it before the masses. After reading “Fortune of Emerald and Salt” by Monroe A. Wildrose, my love of pirate adventures has been renewed.
